something I am loving about living in Tete is meeting so many new people and nationalities. On the last count there were over 54 different nationalities represented here. One of my new friends is from Brazil who gave me some "cooking lessons" the other day. What fun tasting the outcome!! Here are 2 I would love to share with you.....
