The Baobab fruit - cream of tartar as its known around here has amazing uses. The fruit has more Vit C than oranges and significant calcium content too. It is also used to produce cream of tartar. The dried powder is added to milk to make yoghurt. In Kenya the baobab fruit seeds, called mbuyu, are cooked with sugar, coloured and sold as a snack......
